About us

Based in Skegness, Lincolnshire, ComicsForSale.co.uk was set up in 2017. The owner started selling off hundreds of duplicates from his own 2000AD collection. He got his first 2000AD comic, the 2000AD Monthly number 1, when was in his teens and has been collecting and reading 2000AD every since.

He is an IT professional who's background is in programming, databases and websites, and has worked in mail order businesses for over 15 years. He also runs a software company.

We also published the first version of our free comic collecting software in January 2023. This initially had 2000AD related comics and has been expanded to include other British comics. It's completely free of charge and is available from:
